Services must commence within 14 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 28 calendar days. Contractors must coordinate with the Tribe's Housing Project Manager for air quality clearance testing before rebuild-back begins.

The Tribe will evaluate bids on timely and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, previous performance, qualifications, current workload capacity, and pricing versus market comparison. The Tribe reserves the right to reject any or all bids, select one or multiple respondents, and split awards in its sole discretion. Questions are due August 18 at 5:00 PM ET. Electronic submission through BidNet Direct is mandatory. Fixed pricing must remain firm for a minimum of 180 days from the bid due date. Award notification is expected within 60 calendar days of August 25.
