Delivery must occur within three weeks of award, with the supplier required to provide onsite system calibration and operational training. Pricing is firm, net, FOB LSU Destination, inclusive of all delivery charges, taxes, and applicable fees. All costs for the one-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty, five years of technical support, initial training, one extra battery, battery charger, maintenance kit with five-gallon canister, and nozzle and filter kit must be included in the total bid price. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Suppliers must be enrolled in LSU's Workday procurement system prior to bid submission and must submit a W-9 or W-8 form. Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery and acceptance, whichever is later.
