The Parks Recreation and Marine (PRM) department seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive maintenance and rehabilitation services for the existing dock system located within the Downtown Marina footprint. The project is intended to correct current safety hazards, restore structural integrity, and extend the useful life of the marinas dock infrastructure. The existing dock structures have experienced deterioration over time due to continuous exposure to water, salt, and environmental conditions. As a result, broken concrete, uneven walking surfaces, misaligned structural components, and deteriorated decking elements have created trip-and-fall hazards and other safety concerns. Immediate corrective action is required to restore the docks to a safe and fully operational condition.
