Normal delivery hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., requiring at least 24 hours' notice. The contractor must provide unloading equipment, certified public weighing scale tickets for empty and loaded vehicles, and laboratory analysis with each delivery.

The initial contract period is one year from execution with four one-year renewal options at the Board's discretion. Contract prices remain firm through the effective contract dates. Price adjustments are permitted only between 90 and 120 days prior to contract renewal, indexed to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Producer Price Index for the commodity. Bid prices must remain firm for 90 days after bid opening.

Bids must include NSF Standard 60 certification verification, a one-quart hermetically sealed sample representative of the delivered product, certified product analysis, typical analysis forms, manufacturer information, point of shipment, manufacturing facility location and capacity, storage capacity, STCC number, and acknowledgment of any addenda. Written questions are due July 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CST, with responses issued by July 21, 2026.
