The contract is work-order-based with individual work-order fees to be negotiated. Total contract value shall not exceed $5 million. Submissions must be addressed to Luciana Burdi, Chief Infrastructure Officer, and must include confirmation of ability to obtain requisite insurance coverage and acceptance of Massport's standard work-order agreement terms. A Supplemental Information Package containing detailed scope, selection criteria, and submission requirements will be available July 29, 2026 at 9:00 AM on Massport's Capital Bid Opportunities webpage and on COMMBUYS.
