About this opportunity

The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) is requesting quotations for KiteWorks Solutions IT procurement 2026-110-IT, with proposals due September 1, 2026 by 2:00 p.m. EST. This procurement is restricted exclusively to New York State small businesses certified as Minority or Women Owned Businesses (M/WBE) under Article 15-A or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOB) under Article 3 of the New York State Veterans' Services Law — a hard set-aside that filters the eligible bidder pool.

NYSIF intends to award a single contract not to exceed $1.5 million under its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law 163(6). The scope involves procurement of KiteWorks Solutions, an IT systems offering, though the RFQ does not detail specific technical requirements, deliverables, or service levels in this advertisement.

Communication during the procurement is restricted under State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k. Prospective bidders must direct all questions to designated staff Jacob Paulino and Ryan Cerone at contracts@nysif.com, referencing "NYSIF 2026-110-IT" in the subject line. Bidders are solely responsible for monitoring www.nysif.com/procurement for all amendments, clarifications, and announcements; failure to incorporate posted updates into proposals may render proposals non-responsive. The complete RFQ document and calendar of events are available on the NYSIF Procurement website. NYSIF encourages firms not yet certified as M/WBE or SDVOB to pursue designation through NYS Empire State Development or the Division of Service-Disabled Veterans' Business Development within the NYS Office of General Services.
