About this opportunity
The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is soliciting bids for kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and repair services at 20 state institutions across Arizona under IFB BPM007613, with bids due September 2, 2026 and mandatory site visits between August 13–26, 2026.
The scope encompasses scheduled maintenance cleaning, inspection, and repair of commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems at multiple Arizona State Prison Complexes, Arizona State Veterans Homes, the Correctional Officers Training Academy, the Arizona School for the Deaf and the Blind, and the Maricopa Reentry Center. Bidders must demonstrate experience with similar projects, current relevant certifications, and appropriate licensing and insurance. The pricing structure requires separate rates for scheduled maintenance services and emergency repair calls with detailed labor, materials, and travel cost breakdowns, along with a percent-off discount for repair parts. Service level agreements must address response times for emergency situations and completion timelines for routine maintenance.
Prospective bidders must register in advance with designated facility contacts to attend site visits and are required to attend a mandatory pre-offer conference as indicated in the State's eProcurement system (APP). All required attachments—Offer and Acceptance form, Confidential Information Designation, Company & Subcontractor Profile, Conformance Statements and Exceptions Requests, and Rules for Non-Employees in Arizona State Prisons form—must be submitted electronically through the Arizona Procurement Portal. Questions must be submitted through the APP Discussion Forum at least three business days before the bid due date. The State reserves the right to make multiple awards by individual line items, groups of line items, or aggregate awards. All offers remain open for 180 days from submission. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive offeror whose bid conforms to all material respects of the solicitation requirements.
