BOCES may make separate awards by category.

The contract runs September 10, 2026 through September 9, 2027, with BOCES retaining the right to extend for up to four additional one-year periods at the sole option of the purchasing agent's recommendation and Board of Education approval, with any price increases not exceeding the Consumer Price Index plus 30 days prior to renewal. Minimum required insurance includes Commercial General Liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, Automobile Liability of $1 million combined single limit, statutory Workers' Compensation and NYS Disability Insurance, and Umbrella/Excess Insurance of $3 million.
