About this opportunity
The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a contract reporter ad exemption to award a 12-month single-source contract extension to RM Robinson Solutions, LLC for statewide Job Skills Program Delivery education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA), with the exemption request due October 6, 2026.
The scope covers statewide support in delivering job skills education and training to NYS agencies and CSEA-represented employees. RM Robinson Solutions, LLC may engage subcontractors, including New York certified M/WBE and SDVOB vendors, to meet Article 15-A of the Executive Law and Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law requirements.
The contract term is 12 months, expiring December 31, 2026. OER asserts that a formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible to perform a successful open competitive bid process before contract expiration, supporting the single-source extension justification.
