About this opportunity
The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is requesting bids on three Job Order Contracts (153, 154, and 155) for construction services under IFB LACDA26-044, with bids due August 17, 2026.
Each contract runs for one year or until maximum contract value is expended, whichever occurs first. The combined maximum contract value across all three is $6,402,606. Contracts automatically extend if a work order is issued before expiration and the scope extends beyond the annual term. There is no minimum contract value.
Bidders must submit separate bids for each JOC contract number. The scope encompasses all labor, material, equipment, and work necessary to complete tasks under the Statement of Work (Attachment B) and contract documents. The solicitation requires bidders to answer all questions in the package; incomplete or inaccurate responses may render a bidder non-responsible.
Awardees must execute LACDA's standard contract form, a sample of which is included in the bid package. LACDA will not award to any bidder who refuses to sign the standard contract. Bid prices must remain firm for a minimum of 270 days from opening.
The complete IFB package and submission requirements are available for download at LACDA's Procurement System website at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lacda.
