About this opportunity

Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is requesting bids on three Job Order Contracts (150, 151, and 152) for construction services under IFB LACDA26-043, with bids due August 17, 2026. Bidders must submit separate bids for each JOC contract number.

The estimated maximum contract value is $6.402606 million per contract, with a one-year term or upon expenditure of the maximum value, whichever comes first. If a work order is issued before the annual contract period expires, the term automatically extends to allow completion of that work order. There is no minimum contract value. The scope encompasses all labor, material, equipment, and work necessary and incidental to the Statement of Work and contract documents, with detailed specifications available in the IFB package.

Bidders must answer all questions in the solicitation package completely and accurately; failure to do so may result in a determination of non-responsibility. All bidders must be willing to execute LACDA's standard contract form, a sample of which is included in the bid package. Bid prices must remain firm for a minimum of 270 days from submission. The complete IFB package, including the sample contract and Statement of Work, is available for download from LACDA's Procurement System website at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lacda.
