The City anticipates completing evaluation and notifying finalists by April 5, 2023.

SOQs are limited to 20 pages or fewer in 11-point font minimum and must address firm description and resources, experience and qualifications, and statement of suitability. All submission expenses are the respondent's responsibility. Prospective respondents are prohibited from communicating with selection committee members or Owner agents outside the formal question submission process; violations may result in SOQ rejection.
