IRJCF 04. 21. 2025 Custom Water Bottles

The state of Ohio has issued a procurement opportunity for custom plastic water bottles intended as employee recognition items, specifically for an "employee of the month" program. The contract opportunity, identified by ID 68066ed45dcf838f270adb04, was posted on April 21, 2025, with proposals due by May 19, 2025. The procurement seeks vendors capable of producing and supplying custom-branded water bottles that can be used as employee recognition awards. While specific technical specifications are not fully detailed, the contract appears to require vendors with experience in producing personalized drinkware and the ability to manufacture high-quality, durable water bottles that can be customized for organizational use. Potential bidders should be prepared to demonstrate manufacturing capabilities, design flexibility, and the capacity to meet the state's quality and branding requirements. The relatively short timeline between posting and submission suggests that vendors must be agile and ready to rapidly develop and produce the requested items.

No specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises were explicitly mentioned in the available documentation. The contract does not indicate a specific budget range or maximum award value for the water bottle procurement. Without additional context, it is unclear whether this is a one-time purchase or part of an ongoing employee recognition program. Potential vendors should be prepared to provide competitive pricing, demonstrate manufacturing capabilities, and potentially show previous experience with similar government or institutional procurement projects. The lack of detailed specifications suggests that vendors might have some flexibility in proposing design solutions that meet the state's basic requirements for custom water bottles used in employee recognition efforts.
