The scope covers mobile on-site repair and replacement of hydraulic hoses, paint hoses, fittings, and hardware for the City's medium-duty, heavy-duty, and construction equipment fleet. Background screening is required for all contract workers at the contractor's expense.
The contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions, for a potential five-year total. Pricing shall be firm and fixed for the initial contract year; any subsequent annual price increases require written justification and 60 days' notice to the Procurement Officer. A non-mandatory pre-offer conference is scheduled for July 30, 2026 via Microsoft Teams. Written inquiries are due August 6, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The City reserves the right to award to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror or to award multiple contracts as determined advantageous.
