About this opportunity
Stony Brook University Hospital is soliciting proposals for automated testing software to support enterprise applications including Oracle Health EHR, PeopleSoft ERP, and Infor Supply Chain, with proposals due October 15, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time under RFP #26/27-3604. The procurement carries MWBE participation goals of 15% for both minority-owned and women-owned businesses, a 6% service-disabled veteran-owned business goal, and no DBE goal.
The testing solution must support managed and cloud SaaS applications, APIs, and external integrations across multiple operating systems, browsers, devices, and peripherals. Remote usability is required since SBUH staff work off-site. The primary objective is to reduce manual testing effort for EHR applications by more than 60%, particularly for Oracle Health upgrades that currently consume thousands of hours per cycle. Automating repetitive and time-consuming testing will enable higher-quality, more thorough testing and development work.
No incumbent is identified, and no business enterprise has held an identical or substantially similar contract within the past five years. The source does not specify estimated contract value, contract term, or place of performance beyond the SBUH location in Suffolk County, New York. Evaluation criteria, the timeline for questions or demonstrations, and the anticipated award date are not provided in the source material.
