The contract period runs through September 30, 2031, with mandatory annual renewal in June of each calendar year and no price escalation permitted except for documented material or labor cost increases not to exceed 5 percent annually, subject to written approval.

Pricing must be submitted as a single annual fee covering all preventative maintenance services, fluid analysis, and commonly replaced items such as oil and lubricants; repairs identified during service require separate approval and quotation prior to execution.

The total contract cost cannot exceed $25,000 across the five-year agreement and any renewals.
