Insurance requirements include workers' compensation, employer's liability of $100,000, commercial general liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit. Payment follows Virginia prompt-payment requirements; contractors must pay subcontractors within seven days of Commonwealth payment or provide written notice of withholding.
