The contract requires contractors to have EPA/NATE certification, a minimum of three years of HVAC experience, and capability to respond to emergency service calls 24 hours per day, 365 days per year with a maximum two-hour response time. While no incumbent vendor was identified, the contract includes detailed service rate requirements, with hourly charges for emergency and regular services to be clearly defined in the proposal. Contractors must provide itemized invoices distinguishing labor and materials, with the potential for COBH to provide materials with prior approval. Although a specific budget range was not disclosed, the contract covers two fiscal years and includes comprehensive maintenance, testing, and emergency service provisions for critical healthcare facility infrastructure. Funding for the contract is contingent on state and federal fund availability, with contracts exceeding $50,000 requiring approval from the State of Ohio Controlling Board.
