FY25-non IT-cubicle keyboards and tables

The state of Ohio has issued a procurement opportunity for office furniture and accessories, specifically seeking two L-R9642 AO2 42x96 conference tables and seven N-ID-FD-AKP02-22 basic keyboard tray systems with mouse attachments. This non-IT procurement opportunity (ID: 6838dceb3aa1240565022a36) was posted on May 29, 2025, with proposals due by June 12, 2025. The contract appears to be focused on standardizing office workstation equipment, potentially for state government facilities or departments. Vendors must be prepared to provide exact specifications for the conference tables and keyboard tray systems, ensuring precise measurements and functionality that meet state procurement standards. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed, typical state procurement processes generally assess vendor qualifications, pricing, delivery capabilities, and compliance with technical specifications.

No specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged business enterprises were mentioned in the provided documentation. The procurement appears to be a standard state acquisition without explicit limitations on vendor participation. The total contract value is not specified, though the relatively small quantity of items (two tables and seven keyboard trays) suggests a moderate-scale procurement. Potential vendors should be prepared to demonstrate manufacturing capabilities, provide detailed product specifications, and meet Ohio state procurement requirements. Given the specific product model numbers, vendors will likely need to match exact manufacturer specifications or provide equivalent products that meet the state's precise technical requirements.
