Central Yard stock orders of 300–500 cubic yards must be completed within five working days.

The initial contract period is one year with two additional one-year renewal options and up to three months of month-to-month extension. The Board may extend the contract for additional one-year periods if both parties agree and renewal is approved 90–120 days prior to expiration. Price adjustments during renewal are limited to changes in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Producer Price Index for the applicable commodity.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 24, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at 625 St. Joseph Street, New Orleans, with in-person and Microsoft Teams options. Written questions are due September 25 at 5:00 p.m., with responses issued by September 29. Sealed hard-copy bids only are accepted; faxed and emailed submissions are not accepted. Bid prices must remain firm for 90 days following bid opening.
