About this opportunity
The Town of Davie, Florida is requesting quotes for fuel tank refurbishing services at two municipal lift stations under ITQ CW-26-40, with quotes due July 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and questions due by 5:00 p.m. on July 14. A 5% local-vendor preference applies to vendors with a permanent place of business and full-time employees in Davie for at least six months prior to bid issuance; a 2.5% credit applies to Broward County vendors meeting the same criteria.

Pricing is quoted on a lump-sum basis with unit prices required for each line item. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, and tools.
The estimated project budget is $35,000. The initial contract term is one year from the date of award, with the Town reserving the right to renew for two additional one-year periods contingent upon mutual agreement and unchanged terms and conditions. Contractors must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance of $1 million per occurrence, Automobile Liability Insurance of $1 million, and Workers' Compensation Insurance as required by Florida Statute 440, with the Town named as an additional insured. All work must comply with EPA and OSHA safety standards, and contractors must utilize the E-Verify system for employment eligibility verification. Payment is made within 45 days of receipt of a proper invoice. Quotes are to be submitted through the Town's e-Procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/davie-fl.
