The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is requesting bids on Epson brand-name computer peripherals under statewide contract solicitation RFx 3000026390 (T-Number 92348), with bids due August 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CST and online submission required through the LaGov vendor portal.
The scope covers six product categories: project hardware and accessories, printer hardware and accessories, and scanner hardware and accessories (NIGP codes 45111600, 45101500, 43211700, and 44102200). All items must be new, current-model Epson merchandise; refurbished products are not acceptable. Bidders proposing equivalent brands or models must submit descriptive information and technical data for evaluation. Vendors must maintain Louisiana service representation, provide technical support with A+ certified or manufacturer-trained technicians, offer 24- or 48-hour on-site warranty response options, maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and submit quarterly usage reports.
