About this opportunity
The New York Power Authority is soliciting proposals for an Electrical Safety Standards Inspection Program, with proposals due September 9, 2026. No set-aside or participation goals apply: SDVOB, MBE, WBE, and DBE goals are all zero percent.
The Power Authority will not accept alternate manufacturer parts in lieu of original equipment manufacturer parts — a single-source specification constraint that bidders must observe. Bidders must obtain current bid documents, addenda, and notices through the Power Authority's Ariba portal at www.nypa.gov; documents obtained from other sources are at the bidder's risk, and incomplete responses may be rejected.
No incumbent contractor from the past five years is identified.
