The contract includes a minimum one-year warranty from final acceptance covering equipment, programming, workmanship, and system integration. Vendors must carry $1 million employer's liability, $1 million commercial general liability per occurrence, $1 million commercial auto liability, $1 million excess/umbrella liability, and $1 million professional liability insurance. Proposals must be submitted in four hard copies and one electronic PDF, limited to 15 pages (excluding forms) with 11-point minimum font.
