Proposers must submit proposals electronically through the Town's e-Procurement portal and include a 5% bid bond submitted electronically. Questions must be submitted through the project Q&A section no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026, with material responses provided through formal addenda. The Town will award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal conforms to RFP requirements and is most advantageous to the Town. Selection is expected within 120 days after the proposal opening date. Prices must remain firm and fixed for the initial contract term. The Town is exempt from Florida sales tax; contractors are responsible for all applicable taxes on purchases and subcontracts. The Town retains the right to extend the contract through a 90-day extension period upon request by the Town Administrator or designee. A Cone of Silence is in effect, prohibiting proposer communication with Town Council members or evaluation committee members except for clarification purposes through designated procurement staff.
