The scope encompasses permanent patching with 9.5 MM and 12.5 MM Hot Mix Asphalt at depressed locations throughout the counties. Operations are scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The estimated quantity is 100 tons total: 50 tons of 9.5 MM and 50 tons of 12.5 MM Hot Mix Asphalt. Bidders must provide unit prices per ton for each line item; all costs including mobilization, material removal, placement, equipment, transportation, disposal, labor, fuel, and overhead must be included in the unit price. MDOT SHA is exempt from Maryland Sales and Use Taxes and Federal Excise Taxes; bidders must not include sales tax.
