Westchester County is seeking a vendor to furnish, deliver, and install custom stage curtains at the Westchester County Center located in White Plains, NY. The procurement opportunity, identified by the State Local Contract Opportunity ID 67fe6e315c8d5d9fb008242e, was posted on February 3, 2025, with proposals due by February 18, 2025. While the attached document appears to be a Request for Engineering Services for the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works related to water treatment facility upgrades, it does not directly relate to the stage curtain procurement. The specific details about the curtain requirements, technical specifications, installation parameters, or evaluation criteria are not provided in the available documentation. Potential vendors would need to contact Westchester County directly to obtain the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) details, including precise curtain specifications, performance requirements, and submission guidelines.

Without additional context from the provided documents, it is not possible to definitively state set-aside designations, vendor restrictions, incumbent contractors, or precise budget ranges for this custom stage curtain procurement. The limited information suggests this is a county-level procurement for the Westchester County Center, which implies potential local vendor preferences or requirements might exist. Interested vendors should carefully review the full RFP documentation to understand any specific qualifications, insurance requirements, or minority/disadvantaged business enterprise provisions that may apply to this contract opportunity. To obtain comprehensive details about the procurement, potential bidders would need to directly contact the Westchester County procurement office or access the complete solicitation documents through the official county purchasing portal.
