The system operates at the edge or in hybrid-cloud and cloud-based configurations and is compatible with most existing camera infrastructure, including analog systems. The Currux Vision processor provides real-time traffic detection, autonomous control capabilities, big data analytics, connected vehicle infrastructure integration, and continuous machine learning functionality.
The contract period runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with two additional one-year renewal option periods available at MoDOT's sole discretion, allowing for up to three years of service delivery. Pricing shall be submitted on a unit basis, with payment terms set at Net 45 days and freight FOB. No price increases are permitted during the first six months of the contract period or renewal periods.
Vendors must be registered in MissouriBUYS prior to award consideration and are required to complete all necessary business compliance exhibits, including Buy American Act certification (Exhibit N) and anti-discrimination certifications where applicable. The procurement applies Buy American Act requirements for commodity purchases exceeding $25,000. Contractors must maintain adequate liability insurance, be registered with the Missouri Secretary of State and Department of Revenue, and comply with all applicable state and federal laws including nondiscrimination requirements, Executive Order 07-13 regarding immigration compliance, and drug-free workplace provisions.
