The initial contract term is three years with two optional one-year renewal extensions available, for a maximum contract period of five years contingent upon performance, funding availability, and City needs. Services commence October 20, 2026. Pricing must remain firm for the initial 12 months and valid through June 30, 2029. Awardees must obtain a City of El Segundo Business License within five business days of award notification and maintain commercial general liability, professional liability, and business automobile liability coverage of $1,000,000 each.
