Contractors must maintain 24/7 customer assistance and fulfill deliveries within three calendar days of order, or 24 hours during emergencies. Insurance must include $1,000,000 per occurrence general liability with $2,000,000 aggregate and $1,000,000 combined single limit automobile liability.
Pricing must be quoted numerically and in written form on the provided price sheet for all line items. Bidders must submit non-collusion certifications, tax compliance attestations, corporate authority certificates where applicable, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity forms.
