About this opportunity

The City of Jacksonville, Florida is requesting qualifications for Construction Management Continuing Services to establish a pre-qualified contractor roster for minor Capital Improvement Program and Community Redevelopment Agency projects, with qualifications due August 20, 2026.

The scope encompasses construction management for horizontal and vertical projects including site work (remodels, renovations, energy management, ADA accessibility), HVAC and mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, concrete, demolition, roadway reconstruction, traffic signals, specialty coatings, infrastructure rehabilitation (bridges and seawalls), marine construction, landscaping and park improvements, environmental projects, solar installations, electric vehicle charging stations, right-of-way enhancements, fire stations, police stations, parking garages, and other municipal public works projects throughout Jacksonville.

This is a continuing services structure; pricing for individual projects will be established through separate work orders or task orders issued under the resulting agreement rather than through the RFQ itself. Selected firms must demonstrate relevant experience, financial stability, insurance requirements, and technical capability to manage projects within the specified service categories. The continuing services vehicle allows the City to streamline procurement for smaller capital projects by drawing from a pre-qualified pool rather than issuing separate procurements for each assignment.
