About this opportunity

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is requesting proposals for a comprehensive, unified enterprise platform Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to replace its current fragmented best-of-breed environment, with responses due August 14, 2026. The solution must be delivered via a bidder-hosted or cloud-hosted model with bidder assurances on the hosting vendor's behalf — a key infrastructure constraint that filters bidders' hosting and security capabilities.

The scope encompasses unified enterprise platform EHR software, data integrations, conversions, archiving, implementation services, training, ongoing support and maintenance, and benefit identification. The system must operate on a single, unified database architecture to eliminate data silos and provide real-time comprehensive patient records across care settings. Native oncology-specific functionality is mandatory, including chemotherapy treatment planning, cumulative dose tracking, tumor board support, cancer staging documentation, survivorship care planning, palliative care planning, and integration with AJCC staging and NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines. The platform must robustly support Roswell Park's clinical research enterprise, encompassing Phase I–IV clinical trial management, biospecimen banking, genomic medicine programs, and population-level cancer registry reporting. The system must address the full spectrum of oncology care delivery, care experience, revenue cycle, and payer and population health management at this NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Roswell Park is located in Erie County, New York. The source does not specify an estimated contract value, contract term, incumbent vendor, evaluation criteria weighting, question deadline, or pre-bid meeting date.
