The apparent successful bidder must execute a contract and provide performance and payment bonds each equal to 100 percent of the contract price, plus required certificates of insurance, within 10 working days of receiving the Notice of Award. Bids must remain valid for 90 calendar days following bid opening. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the project site to review existing conditions; questions raised at the meeting not addressed in the Contract Documents will be answered in writing and distributed to all attendees.
