When preferences and incentives are combined, cumulative adjustments cannot exceed $100,000.

The scope encompasses roof maintenance services at the facility located at Westbound State Highway 58 west of Mojave, including debris removal, inspection, documentation of deficiencies, and preventive maintenance tasks. The resulting agreement is anticipated to run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, a three-year term, with CHP reserving the right to extend subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and Department of General Services approval.

Written questions are due July 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Bids must be received by August 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with public bid opening at 11:15 a.m. the same day.
