Work must be completed within 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The bidder must self-perform at least 50 percent of the work, excluding specialty items.
The engineer's estimate is $50,000. The project is subject to Riverside County prevailing wage requirements, California Air Resources Board off-road diesel regulations, and construction waste diversion program requirements. A bid guarantee of not less than 10 percent of the total bid price is required, along with Faithful Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds each equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Bids are valid for 90 calendar days following bid opening. Award goes to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The facility is located at 77107 California Drive, Palm Desert, California 92211.
