About this opportunity
The New York Power Authority is soliciting proposals for Balance of Plant control system support with proposals due October 15, 2026. The Authority will consider only original equipment manufacturer parts; alternate-manufacturer substitutes are not acceptable, establishing a single-source or OEM-only constraint that significantly narrows the competitive field.
The scope encompasses technical support for Balance of Plant control systems. Specific system configurations, performance requirements, support-level definitions, response-time service-level agreements, spare-parts provisioning, training deliverables, and place of performance are not detailed in the available source material.
Lone Star Controls was awarded an identical or substantially similar contract within the past five years. Bidders must obtain current bid documents, addenda, and notices from www.nypa.gov or the Ariba platform; documents obtained from other sources carry bidder risk, and incomplete responses will be rejected.
