The contractor collects towing and release fees, daily storage charges, and after-hours gate fees from customers; all fees must be conspicuously posted in the contractor's office. The contractor is responsible for all vehicles, accessories, equipment, and personal property in storage and must provide monthly documentation to the City with photos, impound dates, release dates, and fees assessed. If the City levies city-specific fines separate from contractor charges, the contractor must collect and remit those to the City within 60 days of receipt.

The initial contract term runs from November 10, 2026 to November 9, 2029 (three years), with the City holding the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms at its sole discretion. The City anticipates contract award by City Council on November 3, 2026. Clarification questions are due August 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The contractor must maintain Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate), Automobile Liability ($1 million combined limit), and Workers' Compensation insurance with the City named as additional insured.
