About this opportunity

The State of Alabama Office of the Chief Procurement Officer is soliciting quotes for AVL FY2027 Pronunciator Subscription under a Quick Quote vehicle, with quotes due September 9, 2026.

This is a Quick Quote procurement under Alabama's standard terms and conditions. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit quotes electronically through the Public Solicitation site by the close date. All questions and inquiries must be submitted online through the Supplier Portal.

The maximum total contract cost is $25,000 over a contract term of up to five years from the effective date, with annual renewal by written agreement. Price escalation requests may be considered if material or labor costs significantly increase, provided increases do not exceed those documented in industry-specific price indices or the Consumer Price Index and are limited to 5 percent of annual contract cost; any increases must be approved in writing by both parties and are subject to the $25,000 total contract cost ceiling.

Pricing is subject to cost realism and price reasonableness review at the sole discretion of the Chief Procurement Officer. The contract is governed by Alabama state law with exclusive venue in Montgomery. Suppliers must accept multiple forms of electronic payment, including state-issued credit cards, P-cards, and EFT at no additional cost. The State of Alabama is exempt from sales tax. Suppliers employing workers in Alabama must be enrolled in E-Verify with documentation provided within five calendar days of notification. Foreign corporations must register with the Alabama Secretary of State before transacting business in the state. All bids or contracts in excess of $25,000 require a completed Disclosure Statement, and suppliers must certify compliance with Alabama sales tax collection and remittance requirements.
