The contract term is one year, commencing December 1, 2026 and ending November 30, 2027, with no renewal options. Pricing must be firm and fixed for the entire contract period without escalation. Pricing is exempt from Texas sales tax and federal excise tax.
The successful bidder must obtain comprehensive insurance coverage: $1 million commercial general liability per occurrence, $2 million pollution liability per claim, $1 million commercial auto liability combined single limit, $2 million umbrella liability, workers' compensation at statutory limits, and $1 million cyber and professional liability coverage.
Bids are submitted electronically through the Procureware website at https://tra.procureware.com. Bid reading occurs at 2:00 p.m. on August 14.
