Prices are guaranteed for six months upon City approval, with subsequent adjustments permitted based on Consumer Price Index or Product Price Index changes at the City's discretion. No specific minimum or maximum compensation or service volumes are guaranteed.
Required insurance includes Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate), Automobile Liability ($1 million combined single limit), Workers' Compensation (statutory limits), Cyber Liability ($2 million per claim), and Technology E&O Liability ($1 million per claim), with the City named as additional insured.
