Deliverables include orthographic imagery at minimum 20 megapixels, mid-wave infrared imagery (3–5 micron, 640 x 480 pixel large format sensor), and orthographic maps with infrared gradient overlays or comparable representation. Plan-view imagery must not exceed 10 degrees from vertical. Technical reports must display a minimum of eight thermal gradients representing dry-to-wet transitions in grayscale, identify moisture content exceeding Florida Building Code limits, and comply with Florida Building Code Chapter 15 and ASTM standards E1213, E1311, E1316, E1543, and C1153.
The contract term is three years from the award date with two optional one-year renewal periods contingent on mutual agreement.
