The scope covers 13 city buildings, 12 parks with 2 standalone restroom facilities, 10 parking lots or facilities, 26 miles of streets with sidewalks and curb ramps, and 63 signalized intersections. Evaluation weighs technical approach and methodology at 30 percent, experience and personnel qualifications at 20 percent, price and cost reasonableness at 25 percent, relevant project experience at 15 percent, and public outreach approach at 10 percent. The contract term is one year from award with three optional one-year renewal periods. Proposals must be submitted electronically; no site visits or bidder conferences are specified.
