The base scope includes excavation and replacement of sidewalks with cement concrete or bituminous concrete, curb removal and reset, installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps, tactile tile surfaces for handicap ramps, hot mix asphalt patching, and incidental work across 13 line items totaling 135 square yards of cement concrete wheelchair ramps, 10 square yards of cement concrete sidewalks, and 55 square yards of HMA walk surfaces, among other quantities. An alternate bid scope adds approximately 260 additional square yards of sidewalk and driveway work with tactile tile and seeding. The base bid includes a $10,000 police details allowance; the alternate reduces this to $5,000.

The successful bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and 100 percent Payment Bond within five days of award notification.
