Opportunity text
The existing corrugated metal storm drain has deteriorated and is associated with subsurface voids requiring rehabilitation. The project will rehabilitate and replace portions of the existing storm drainage system using a combination of open-trench construction and sliplining methods. The improvements are intended to provide a long-term drainage solution while minimizing impacts to adjacent residential properties, mature trees, and existing improvements. Construction will occur within an existing drainage easement and will require coordination with adjacent property owners, protection of existing utilities and landscaping, and careful sequencing of construction activities to minimize disruptions during the work
