The project will be phased to maintain existing clinical operations. Design completion is projected in 275 days, with construction completion in 555 days, for a total service term of 890 days.
Respondents must submit two complete qualification packages, one with original signatures and one on a separate flash drive, to Jeanie Pender at SUNY Upstate Contracts & Campus Purchasing. No formal site visits or facility tours will be provided prior to proposal submission. All prime firms and sub-consultants must provide evidence of legal authorization from the NYS Education Department to conduct business in New York, along with proof of New York State Worker's Compensation Insurance and Disability Insurance coverage.
Evaluation criteria are weighted as follows: firm qualifications and experience (20 points), personnel qualifications and experience (20 points), previous experience specific to project scope (20 points), approach and capability (20 points), MWBE/SDVOB utilization (10 points), and references (10 points). Pricing will be negotiated following selection; no cost proposals are to be submitted with qualifications.
