All materials must comply with Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management and Georgia Erosion and Sedimentation Control Rules. Delivery must occur within 60 days of purchase order receipt; companies requiring minimum order amounts will not be accepted. All items are ordered on an as-needed basis.

The contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewal periods. Price escalation requests not to exceed three percent per item are permitted only at least sixty days prior to renewal dates and must be documented and evaluated. Prices must remain fixed and firm as submitted; no additional shipping, delivery, tariff, restocking, or service charges will be assessed.
