The solicitation was released on April 4, 2025, with proposals due on May 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Evaluation criteria include five categories: Experience, Background, and Qualifications (30 points), Understanding of the Project and Proposed Management Plan (20 points), Experience with the San Antonio Region & Past Performance (15 points), Price Proposal (15 points), and SBEDA Program (20 points). A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference is scheduled for April 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CT via WebEx, with a site visit on April 18, 2025. The total contract duration is 425 calendar days.

Respondents must provide detailed documentation including project sheets, organizational charts, resumes, and information on green building practices. The City reserves the right to award one, more than one, or no contract(s), with final approval subject to San Antonio City Council action.
