Forecast text
This request is to procure services that will provide work
that will continue to completion the Office of environmental and Historic
Preservation (OEHP) development of GIS services needed for FEMA. The
Environmental Historic and Planning Preservation Mobile Workforce Data
Management Program (EHP MWDMP) is designed to develop a workforce
management and real-time geographic information (GIS) decision system using
the Environmental System Research Institute (ESRI) ArcGIS platform to guide
and support FEMA's Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP)
mobile workforce as they carry out data collection activities. The system will help
coordinate field-to-office workflows, provide support to decision-making and allow
EHP to optimize daily field operations. The system will provide data with which to
track data collection locations, plan more efficiently, coordinate and assign work,
complete field data collection, and provide near real-time reporting statistics
