About this forecast
The Naval Air Systems Command is recompeting a five-year Integrated Product Support task order for the F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter aircraft platform, with solicitation release targeted for July 1, 2025, and award estimated for July 1, 2026. The requirement covers logistics support and technical services across contract line items 0101–0107 under a Foreign Military Sales program supporting Kuwait's defense capabilities. This is a cost-reimbursement, sole-source procurement on a Basic Ordering Agreement vehicle.
The estimated award value ranges from $7.5 million to $50 million, with a five-year period of performance. Work will be performed at 47123 Buse Road, Suite 540, Patuxent River, Maryland 20670. Personnel clearance at the Confidential level is required, and the contracting office (N00019 – HQ) is procuring on behalf of the Program Executive Office for Tactical Aircraft (PEO T).
The existing delivery order N0001921G0006–N0001924F0252, awarded to The Boeing Company on December 13, 2024, provided $18.4 million in cost-plus fixed fee funding to extend performance through June 2026. Boeing Defense Division, supported by Systems Service Enterprises, Inc., has delivered sustainment and technical support activities for the Super Hornet platform under prior contract years (CY24–CY25) and continues as the incumbent through the extended performance period.
