About this forecast
United States Marine Corps Systems Command is procuring Axway maintenance, support, and operating licenses to support the MCEDS Image on the MCEN, a certificate validation and revocation-checking system deployed throughout the MCEN since 2005. Axway validates digital certificates issued by any Certificate Authority and checks certificate status in real time using a Certificate Revocation List to prevent critical authentication, secure communications, and digitally signed document operations from being compromised by expired or revoked certificates. The estimated award date is January 1, 2030, with the award expected in FY30 Q2.
The award value is estimated not to exceed $2 million. Performance occurs at Quantico, Virginia. The procurement is fixed-price and will be issued as a delivery order or task order under an external ordering vehicle such as a GSA Schedule or GWAC; no set-aside applies.
Forecast text
Axway maintenance, support, and operating licenses supports the MCEDS Image on the MCEN. Axway has been deployed throughout the MCEN since 2005. Axway validates standard digital certificates issued by any Certificate Authority (CA), as well as checks the status of digital certificates in real time using a Certificate Revocation List (CRL) which can greatly enhance the performance and reliability offline through caching and advanced high availability functionality. Axway ensures critical operations such as system and network authentication, sending and receiving secure email, communicating with secure web servers, or authorizing and reading digitally signed documents are not compromised by expired or revoked digital certificates.
